Kundalini Preparation

Shaktipat Diksha

Shaktipat Diksha is a blessing from Guruji during the Brahma Muhurta (dawn). This program includes daily Kundalini guidance sessions, meditation, pranayama, and conventional tantra knowledge. All practices are supervised by Swami Akhandananda Ji. Shaktipat is considered an act of grace (Anugraha) by the Guru or divine, initiating the disciple into the spiritual family (Kula) of the Guru.

Chakra Healing

The Chakra Healing program is a 7-day session designed for those facing issues with chakra activation. It includes Akhand Energetic Exercises, Chakra Kriyas, Akhand Mahayog Pranayama, Chakra Mantra Chanting, and Akhand Mahayog Meditation. Meditation Teacher Training Course (MTTC)

The Meditation Teacher Training Course is a 21-day program that includes Akhand Energetic Exercises, Sukshama Kriya, Akhand Mahayog Special Pranayama, deep meditation, Shatkarma, body cleansing with meditational herbs, and traditional teachings of Akhand Mahayog (Kundalini). This course, created by Swami Akhandananda Ji, focuses on self-realization through Ashtanga Yoga, covering both internal and external practices. Participants will learn all aspects of Yoga and Meditation, beyond just physical postures.

Strength Test for Kundalini

The Strength Test for Kundalini is a 3-day process conducted by Mahayogi Swami Akhandananda Ji to determine if a divine soul is ready for Kundalini awakening. During this test, specific frequencies are transferred and assessed to ensure the body, mind, and soul are prepared. Ayurvedic herbal medications may be used, and meditation is encouraged to assist in passing the test. Results are given the day after the test to confirm readiness for energy transformation.

Direct Shaktipat After Strength Test

This course follows the Strength Test and includes daily Sadhana, meditation, pranayama, tantra knowledge, Shree Yantra Poojan, Parmarth activities, Devi Poojan, public feasts (Bhandara), Yagna, and the Shaktipat Diksha ceremony. Free Traditional Kundalini Self-Realization Session

This 3-day session is exclusive to those who pass the Spiritual Strength Test and are deeply interested in experiencing Kundalini. As guided by Swami Akhandananda Ji, this practical, self-realization-focused session cannot be fully explained in words.
